Hunting season is upon us. We spent the whole weekend at the cabin while DH and Bubba hunted. Then we came home and DH stayed to hunt. I'm exhausted. I don't realize how much DH does to help until he is gone. I need six arms and nerves of steel just to handle the kids.

I'm going to get a better start to tomorrow by setting the clothes out tonight and getting everyone up earlier in the morning. This morning was total chaos, there was no time for breakfast, and I was still late for work.

I love my kids and my life though. No matter how hard it is, or how tired I am I truly appreciate it all!

My ds has been coaching little league for 4 years. He's never lost a game. This year Bubba is on his team. Tonight they had their final game. They lost. The final score was 14 - 6. I am just sick for my dh, but mostly for Bubba. His team broke his dad's winning streak. That was one of his worst fears, he feels like he let his dad down. Fortunately, tonight they are going to deer camp and it's youth hunt weekend so they'll get some bonding time without us girls.

Now, on to basketball season!
